Law enforcement was first dispatched to a location in Palm Desert on April 7, following a report from an 11-year-old boy, who claimed that a man attempted to film him while he was in the restroom.
Just two days later, deputies received another alert about a man seen entering and exiting the bathroom with young boys at the same business. Employees suspected that this individual was the same person involved in the previous incident, leading them to contact the sheriff’s department. Following this report, Seiders was apprehended on site.
