Los Angeles authorities are investigating a hit-and-run incident that resulted in the death of a pedestrian on Sunset Boulevard last night. The victim, a 38-year-old man, was struck by a speeding car near the intersection of Sunset and Vine at around 9:00 PM. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene immediately after the collision.
The LAPD is reviewing nearby security cameras in hopes of identifying the suspect’s vehicle, which is believed to be a black SUV. “This was a tragic and senseless act.
