Jury Selected for Harvey Weinstein’s Retrial in New York
NEW YORK – A jury has been assembled for the retrial of Harvey Weinstein, with a total of seven women and five men chosen to serve. This panel represents a higher ratio of women compared to the jury from his initial conviction five years ago.
Jury Composition
The selected jurors come from a diverse array of professional backgrounds, including:

Following an extensive four-day jury selection process, the final twelve jurors were determined. Currently, the defense and prosecution are working to finalize the selection of alternate jurors before opening statements, anticipated for Wednesday.
