The former child star remained jailed as of Friday, according to Horry County (South Carolina) Sheriff’s Office records.
Brian is charged with second-degree domestic violence.
FOX News Digital has reached out to Bryan’s representatives for comment.
This isn’t the former ‘Home Improvement’ star’s first work arrested for domestic violence. Brian was arrested in July 2023 after authorities in Eugene, Oregon, notified him of a domestic dispute between Brian and an unnamed woman, Fox News Digital confirmed at the time.
He was later charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault.
One charge was later dismissed as part of a negotiated settlement. Instead of serving 19 to 20 months in the Oregon Department of Corrections, Brian only served seven days in prison.

Brian has also had some trouble with the law. Drunk driving.
In October 2024, Brian was arrested in Oklahoma on suspicion of drunk driving, Fox News Digital previously confirmed. after the former Star of “Home Improvement” After refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test, he was placed in the front seat of an Oklahoma Highway Patrol vehicle and taken to jail.
