A New Jersey man has been charged with murder just one day after fatally stabbing his alleged fiancee. Video posted on Facebook She allegedly showed him proposing to her.

According to Union County Prosecutor’s OfficeJose Melo, 52, of Elizabeth, was charged with first-degree murder. Police said Naquette Jadix Trinidad Maldonado, 31, was found dead at a home on Florida Street in Elizabeth just after 9 a.m. last Monday.
